I have been licensed in Illinois since 1979. Back then we worked from one 3X3 black-and-white photo with basic property details, in a book published weekly. This method has since evolved into the remarkable, instant access to comprehensive property information that is available today.
I have worked with a wide range of clients buying or selling residential, commercial and investment properties. I spent several years as a sales manager for some of the largest home builders in the Chicago area. I enjoy helping clients understand available financing options, qualification requirements, and transaction timeframes. This approach has proven invaluable in managing expectations for both buyers and sellers.
I have owned or partnered in several small businesses over the years. This has provided valuable insights and experience that benefit my role as Broker/Owner of American Vision Real Estate Group. I am excited about the future as we continue to grow and develop the company.
